Delivery
Once Payment has been received, we will post your goods within 1-2 working days. Goods are sent via Australia Posts traceable Eparcel or via Express Post, a signature is required on receival. E-Parcel is estimated to take 1-2 working days to Perth Metro, 3-6 working days to WA Regional, 5-7 working days to Australian Capital Cities and 6-10 working days to Northern QLD and TAS. Express Post is 1-2 working days to Capital Cities and 3-4 working days to regional areas. Please let us know if you haven't received your goods within these time frames and we will have them traced for you. Please note that 99% of missing parcels are waiting to be collected at your local post office, please check before contacting us. Because a signature is required if you aren't home the Postie leaves a card in your mail box letting you know which depot to collect from. Please note that E Parcel packages cannot be traced until 10 working days have passed since despatch.
Warranty
All products are stated clearly on the listing if they are new or secondhand. New items include a full manufacturers warranty, they do not cover general wear and tear. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) and we do not pay for return postage or any additional postage required. Please let us know via email to enquiries@coastalwaterdive.com.au before sending the goods back to confirm the return and to let us know of any problems.
We proudly offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you find a defect on the item or are not happy with the item supplied, we will happily exchange this for antoher item with exactly the same value or refund your money. Please note that refunds will cover the value of the product only and not the postage, unless this is otherwise negotiated. Goods must be returned with your purchase detail, copy of the receipt, your contact details and the reason for return and the outcome eg: refund, or exchange for goods.
Payment
We accept payment via Direct Deposit, Pay Pal, Credit Card over the phone (to approved customers) or Money Order. With Direct Deposit & Money Orders please use your full name as the reference, this will ensure prompt shipping. Please make payment within 3 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged.
