PADI Rescue Course

Experience the Fun of the PADI Rescue Course

Generally one of the most enjoyable courses a person will do. The rescue course goes through various aspects of diving emergencies whether it be prevention or response. A must for all divers.

What do I need to begin?

You do need a First Aid/CPR certification before completing this course.

What will I learn?

  • You will learn self rescue techniques to help get yourself out of a jam.

  • You will learn to recognize signs of stress in other divers and help prevent problems before they happen.

  • You will learn techniques for rescuing other divers whether they are panicked or non-responsive.

  • You will learn how to use various equipment to aid in rescues.

How long will it take?

We generally start on a Friday evening getting through registration and the theory. On the Saturday we head out either to the pool or the ocean depending on weather to learn the different in water rescue techniques. Then on the Sunday we head out to the ocean to put what you've learned to practice in different scenarios.

What's Next?

From here you are set to head in a couple different directions. You can either work towards your Master Scuba Diver Rating or you can work towards becoming a professional diver and enrol in a Divemaster Internship.

Cost $399
